- Seoul provides postpartum-care expenses on a partner card issued in the mother's name. This is a separate program from the nationwide First Meeting Voucher, and eligible places of use are restricted.
- Listed amount
- ₩1,000,000 for the first child · ₩1,200,000 for the second · ₩1,500,000 for the third and subsequent children (voucher)
- Listed eligibility
- At application, the mother must have continuously resided in Seoul for at least 90 days; the child must reside in Seoul and have been birth-registered in Seoul
- Listed application period
- Within 180 days of childbirth (check official guidance for exceptions)
