- A nationwide National Happiness Card voucher. Apply after registering the birth and receiving the child's resident registration number. For children born in 2024 or later, the voucher is valid for two years from the date of birth.

- ₩2,000,000 for the first child · ₩3,000,000 for the second and each subsequent child (voucher)
- Listed eligibility
- A child whose birth has been registered and who has been issued a resident registration number (check official guidance for detailed criteria)
